How to Schedule a Tutoring Session with P&HCC Tutors

1. On the www.patrickhenry.edu homepage, click "My P&HCC" and log in with your P&HCC credentials.

2. Navigate to "Brainfuse - P&HCC".

3. Under the "Tutor Match" section, begin by selecting the main topic with which you are seeking help (English, math, biology, etc.). Click "Select Subject" to find the corresponding course. Then, click "Schedule".

4. Select your "Preferred Modality" and tutoring session "Length".

5. Navigate to a date that is available and fitting for your needs.

6. Click "Select" to designate a session.

7. Complete EACH of the fields found on the screen. It is optional to check the "Allow SMS Reminder" field.

8. Click "Request Session".

9. Attend your session!

If scheduling an online session,

  • Return to Brainfuse before your scheduled time.
  • Go to “My Calendar” and click “Join” to enter the session.
