General Foundation Scholarship Application
Tobacco Commission First Generation Scholarship
Students must be a first generation college student, meaning neither parent has received an Associate’s Degree or higher and/or the applicant has not previously earned a college degree of Associate’s or higher.
Tobacco Commission STEM-H Scholarship
Students are required to be enrolled in a STEM-H program of study and indicate the program of study on the application to be eligible. The application contains a drop-down listing of programs to select from which will be verified before funds are awarded. STEM-H applicants do not have to be a first generation college student. (First Generation means neither parent or the student themselves have a prior Associate’s Degree or higher).

New hours for getting your Student ID are 8 am – 12:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Visit the PHCC Police Department during those times to get your ID made.
RADAR bus tokens are now available for purchase in the PHCC Business Office. Each token cost $.50; you must purchase a minimum of 4 tokens ($2).
