Great Expectations

Great Expectations assists 17-24 years olds who are or were involved with the foster care system. The program offers individual support for students finishing high school, leave foster homes, and transition to living on their own by assisting with: 

• Transition into college
• Accessing and successfully navigating community college
• Career assessment
• Goal setting
• Life skills
• Preparation for employment
• Tutoring
• Mentoring
• Job placement or further college enrollment
• Monitoring of academic progress
• Referrals to college and community resources for academic and personal support
