Application Process

In order to graduate, a graduation application must be submitted. It can be complete by logging into myPHCC and doing the following:

  • Click SIS

  • Click Student Center

  • Click Apply for Graduation

  • Print confirmation for your records

The online graduation application can be accessed during specific time frames for each term. Applications to graduate in the summer term are available May 16 - July 31, for the fall term from August 1 - November 30, and the spring term from December 1 – March 31.

After Application Submission

The registrar evaluates the application to determine if all program requirements are satisfied. If you wish to order a replacement degree, please print, complete, and attach your receipt to the Replacement Degree Order Form.
