Dr. Greg Hodges became the fourth President of PHCC on July 1, 2021.

The State Board changed the college's name to Patrick & Henry Community College.

In December 2021, the college held a ceremony dedicating the new facility in Patrick County as The Gerald L. Baliles and Richard S. Reynolds Learning Center dedicated in Patrick County
