Transcripts and Enrollment Verifications

Patrick & Henry Community College has authorized Parchment to provide transcripts for current and alumni students.  

To Request Official Transcripts:

Request and have transcripts sent electronically by clicking the Order my Transcript logo (to the right). This method is fast and secure. Your transcripts should be processed within 48 hours (except for college closings). Associated fees are as follows and are payable at the time of request:

• Electronic delivery $7.00
• Mail delivery $10.00 for U.S. domestic paper delivery (including first-class postage)

Students may contact Parchment with questions or concerns by going to support.parchment.com.

To Request Unofficial Transcripts

Students who have attended in the last three years may access unofficial transcripts through myP&HCC/Student Service Center. Students who have not attended in the last three years should use the above option.

Enrollment and Degree Verifications

Patrick & Henry Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. If you are a current student, alumni, or employer needing verification of enrollment or degrees, please use the appropriate link below.
