Associate Degree Nursing

The Patrick & Henry Community College Associate Degree Nursing program will accept applications from March 11-15, 2024.  We recommend speaking with a Nursing Advisor (clester@patrickhenry.edu) before enrolling in courses.  All applicants to the program must attend an Information Session within 6 months of submitting their application to the program. Click here to view the current Information Sessions schedule.

Please note, that effective for the spring 2024 application period, MTH 155 has replaced CST 110 as a nursing pre-requisite. In addition, effective for the spring 2024 application period, SOC 200 has been replaced by ENG 112. For the 2024/25 catalog, CST 110 and SOC 200 will no longer meet ADN degree requirements.

Associate Degree Nursing Pre-Admission Testing:

Students who have applied and met the pre-application and pre-requisite requirements will be invited to take the ATI TEAS entrance exam.  Areas of assessment include science, math, reading and English and language usage. ATI TEAS study guides are on closed reserve in the Learning Resource Center (LRC) and the most recent manual information can be accessed at ATI TEAS Study Manual - For Students | ATI (atitesting.com). Students can also make an appointment in the Math Lab or Tutoring Center in the LRC to review exam topics.
