Health Careers Advising

It is very important for all students who are interested in a Nursing, EMS, PTA or another Health Career to see one of our advisors for assistance in planning their academic course sequence each semester.

Steps to complete before meeting with an advisor:

• If not currently enrolled at P&HCC, complete an application online at www.apply.vccs.edu.
• New students also need to complete the Direct Enrollment Survey at https://desurvey.vccs.edu/login.
• Have official transcripts from any college attended sent to the Office of Admissions (admissions@patrickhenry.edu).  Students interested in PN, ADN, PTA, or EMS-Paramedic programs must also provide an official copy of their high school transcript.  If you attended school in Henry County, transcripts are kept by the Henry County School Board Office (276-650-5131).  Please note, transcripts should either be on file or copies brought with you when you meet with an advisor.
• If interested in applying for financial aid, students can contact the Financial Aid Office (finaid@patrickhenry.edu) for assistance.
