Register for Spring Now!

To register for classes, current students should see their advisors. Incoming students can register for classes at the admissions office after completing an application to PHCC, either in person or online, and taking the Virginia Placement Test (VPT). Incoming students are encouraged to complete their applications early to allow time for processing. Call PHCC admissions office at 276-656-0301 with any questions regarding enrolling or applying.

Both new and returning students should complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) prior to registration. The financial aid office can assist anyone with this process.  Direct financial aid and FASFA questions to 276-656-0317.

Whether enrolling in traditional on-campus courses, distance learning courses or career credit courses, students of PHCC can earn certifications, degrees or transfer credits in one of the college’s 80+ programs of study.

For students would like to transfer, PHCC has guaranteed transfer agreements with more than 20 colleges and universities across the region.  PHCC has worked with these college and universities to design programs that should transfer seamlessly enabling PHCC’s students to continue their education with ease.

PHCC also offers two methods of distance learning.  To view classes offered at the Patrick County site or online distance learning classes, see one of the two “Class Schedule” links on the patrickhenry.edu homepage or ask an advisor while registering.

Enrollment in one of PHCC’s many career credit courses and certificate programs is often open throughout the year. For a comprehensive list of career credit classes and the enrollment schedules call 276-656-0260 or see the “career credit class schedule” link on PHCC’s homepage. When enrolling, ask about the many opportunities for financial aid that PHCC now offers for career credit classes. Career credit classes are designed to increase employability by honing skills and providing industry training and credentials. PHCC has interview agreements with several of the area’s largest employers which guarantees interviews for students in certain high-demand career fields.
